Big O Tires

Was there at 11am for a nail in my tire with 2 people in chairs waiting with me. Nobody bothered to get to my quick fix, and I waited until 1:30pm for them to finally do anything after many people had come and gone after me. Keep on them when you go in or they will ignore you for others that are more “worth” it. Just bad time management…get the quick people in and out so you can dedicate yourself for the longer fixes. Simple

Brandon and the guys at Big O are amazing! I moved up here about a year ago and haven’t had to replace my tires until this week, and was recommended to come here. They got me in quickly, and they did an awesome job. Super thankful for them helping me get ready to get back onto the road. Will visit again!

Random nail in my tire today and I thought for sure I was going to dread getting it repaired. I decided not to go to my usual place because of bad experiences and took a chance going somewhere new (big O tires). When I arrived Tom immediately made me feel less anxious. fabulous customer service! My tire was repaired right away. I know I lucked out with the time I arrived and very few cars being worked on… but with people as pleasant as Tom working there I think my experience would have been great even if I had to wait a period of time. Thank you,Tom! I will definitely be a loyal customer.

Always good about giving great service to me and quick turn around. Doesn't try to upsell like other shops. Gives honest opinions on what should be addressed immediately and what could wait on my vehicle. Highly recommend.

Great place if you need an oil change or tire fixed or replaced. I do not, however, recommend them for alignments. I took my truck there for the first time, and I was told I needed inner and out tie rods before they could service it. I replaced those, and returned was told needed upper control arms this time. I did need 2 new tires, but I had those ordered already. Decided to get a second opinion on the control arms since I didn't see any movement in them. Needless to say, I now have the alignment taken care of. I will still use Big O for tire repair and oil changes. Just not alignments.
